Henry Bendix asks Flashpoint to go to Moscow, to investigate the murder of Councilman Zvereva. He also informs Flashpoint that the number one suspect is Winter. When Flashpoint arrives in Moscow, he finds Winter in Zvereva's office and automatically assumes that he is the murderer. Winter tries to explain that he worked with the councilman in secret to take down the Russian mafia. Before too long, a Russian super-villain group called the Death Patrol arrives to kill the Stormwatch members.
